My client has been established for over thirty years providing mechanical , electrical, civil and facilities design and management to the highest standard. They are completely commercial works and want somebody to join the team with solid commercial experience.
For this role you will need 4-5 years of experience.
Responsibilities
-Managing construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlines
-Performing regular inspections of the construction site
-Identifying potential safety hazards and managing accordingly
-Ensuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices
-Organising work schedules
-Checking work techniques are correct
-Managing orders and deliveries of building materials
-Assisting project managers
-Attending site management meetings
