Job Title: Systems Support Officer

Duration: 3 Months Initially

Salary: c£30,000 per annum equivalent

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our team as a Systems Support Officer. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate and efficient use of SWIFT and other systems by providing support, analysis, and guidance to staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the correct utilisation of SWIFT and other systems by regularly analysing data quality reports.
• Amend records as necessary to maintain data accuracy.
• Offer advice and assistance to staff regarding data inputting practices, including managing a help desk function.
• Support measures to ensure compliance with the department's file retention policy.
• Ensure the complete processing of data provided by external stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in a similar post
• Proven experience in data analysis and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with SWIFT or similar systems is highly desirable.
