A close-knit, Wirral based law firm is currently looking to recruit an in-house Costs Draftsperson to work on low value Personal Injury cases.Â
This is a new position within the business. The firm currently outsources its costs services however is now keen to welcome an experienced Costs Draftsperson to work in-house.
- You must have previous law costs experience and be confident working as a sole Law Costs Draftsperson
- This role is fully office based
Duties to include:
- Drafting of bills of costsÂ
- Drafting Estimates of Costs
- Preparing Points of Dispute/Replies
- Negotiating costs generally with own case load
- Provide costs advice/guidance to fee earners as and when required
