A close-knit, Wirral based law firm is currently looking to recruit an in-house Costs Draftsperson to work on low value Personal Injury cases. 

This is a new position within the business. The firm currently outsources its costs services however is now keen to welcome an experienced Costs Draftsperson to work in-house.

  • You must have previous law costs experience and be confident working as a sole Law Costs Draftsperson
  • This role is fully office based

Duties to include:

  • Drafting of bills of costs 
  • Drafting Estimates of Costs
  • Preparing Points of Dispute/Replies
  • Negotiating costs generally with own case load
  • Provide costs advice/guidance to fee earners as and when required
