Paralegal / Trainee Legal Executive – Property TeamFull Time£20,000 – £25,000My client is currently searching for an experienced paralegal or trainee legal executive to join their dynamic property team. This full-time position is based in the rapidly expanding Prescot office, where the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team within a fast-paced department.The successful candidate will be responsible for:• Opening files• Providing quotes to clients• Making land registry applications• Preparation of SDLT forms• Updating clients on case progress• Communicating with estate agents and other agencies• Day-to-day assistance for the property teamTo succeed in this role, the candidate should possess:• Confidence and experience in assisting with residential conveyancing work.• Competence in preparing legal documents.• Essential experience with Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and the Land Registry Portal.• Desirable experience with Infotrack.• A minimum of 12 months of previous experience in a property paralegal role is essential.• Experience of working in a CQS accredited practice is desirable.• Well-organized, flexible, and able to work well under pressure.• Numerate and possess a good telephone manner.Please Note: Interviews may be conducted via video call.If this opportunity aligns with your career goals, please connect with me via email at by sending an up-to-date CV.
