We are a busy town centre Café on the lookout for a friendly, reliable Cook / CDP to join our welcoming and supportive team.You will be able to work in a high turnover environment, have good communication skills and be a team player.
No evenings shifts!
Working hours between 7am - 6pm Monday - Saturday & 8am - 5pm Sunday
What you will be doing:
- Preparing and cooking a simple café menu think breakfasts, light lunches, and homemade specials.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly
- Supporting food prep and assisting with stock checks and deliveries
- Following food safety and hygiene standards.
What were looking for:
- Experience in a kitchen is preferable.
- A good work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
- Someone who works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a team
- A passion for good food and great customer service
