National Sales Manager - £30k - £35k + OTE £50k

Manchester Staff is currently looking for a Business Development Manager for a growing client based in Preston, Manchester. The successful Development Manager will join a well established company with a lot of potential for growth & development.

Job Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business for our client through face-to-face meetings, exhibitions & market mapping. The role will cover the whole of the UK, company car is provided with expenses for any overnight stays. The successful candidate will only need to be in the office twice a month the rest of the time will be sent hunting down business.

· Generate sales among client and prospect accounts, including up-selling and cross-selling across our portfolio.

· Operate as the main point of contact assigned accounts.

· Develop and maintain long-term relationships accounts.

· Communicate client needs and demands to Anglo Eastern Trading’s management team.

· Forecast and track client spend projection and revenue generated against targets.

· Develop pricing strategies for channels of trade and key customers

· Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.

· Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts

· Collaborate with General Manager and Sales team to reach prospective clients.

· Service multiple accounts concurrently and ensure clients / accounts receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.

· Promote the company at key shows

· Keep records of account correspondence and future action points using company CRM system

Skills/Experience Required:

Essential

- 3+ years of New Business Experience

- Evidence of conversions & successes

- Excellent communication & IT skills

Desirable

- FMCG experience

- Speaking with C-suite level decision makers.
