You will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions for clients. From residential purchases to commercial leases, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the conveyancing process with precision and efficiency.

• Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer
• Thorough understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client service

What will your role look like?

• Conducting property searches and due diligence
• Drafting contracts, leases, and other legal documents
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in the transaction
• Providing expert advice on property law and regulations
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements
