My client, an international supplier with an excellent reputation, are looking for a customer focused team player to assist their busy service team on a temporary basis.Duties will include but not be limited to;* Ensure that all pre sales and stock enquiries from Customers are handled and Customer receives service excellence* Prepare customer quotations* Process and manage sample requests * Process all incoming orders onto the system* Ensure all paperwork/audit trails are in order and correctly filed* Make Customer order follow up calls, in order to record and measure levels of satisfactionKnowledge of SAP would be advantageousHours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00In return, my client offers a modern and friendly environment with on site parking, free tea and coffee and good public transport links.In return my client offers a close knit, fun and friendly team that has a family feel, and the company offers excellent on-boarding and training in addition to potential progression within the business.
