Description
As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Shared Service Centre and overseeing all financial operations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve financial processes and systems.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with other departments to align financial goals and strategies.
- Preparing financial reports and presenting them to senior management.
- Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals.
- Overseeing budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry trends.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Part qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a Shared Service Centre.
- Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
