- Assess early lifecycle weight, centre of gravity, and inertia properties
- Manage weight targets and ensure compliance

- Work in multidisciplinary teams and navigate conflicting engineering priorities
Job Requirements
- Degree/HND/HNC in a STEM subject or equivalent professional qualifications
- Significant experience in Weights Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Airframe-related disciplines
- Strong knowledge of aircraft structure and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Logical and organized approach to work
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and carrying out engineering tasks within their span of responsibility, collaborating with their line manager to establish efficient work plans, ensuring technical quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget. They will actively contribute to the development of Weights Engineering toolsets and processes within the discipline capability development framework.
