About the Role:
- Permanent Position, Salary: 13.50 per hour
- Manage the care team within the Home, ensuring adherence to CQC guidelines
- Provide exceptional levels of care to residents, promoting and delivering high standards
- Supervise and instruct less experienced staff to enable them to contribute fully to the care provided within the Home
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Previous experience in an elderly care setting
- Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized
- Ability to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the Home
- Previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting
- NVQ level 2 in health & social care essential
