Marina View Care Home is looking to recruit a Clinical Lead on a permanent basis with contracts for up to 44 hours.

Skills, Experience and Qualification
- You will be an NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or a Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable.
You will also demonstrate the below attributes:

- Excellent written and verbal skills, highly organised and conscientious with detail
- Comfortable working in a busy environment, assigning correct priorities and ensuring that deadlines are met and adhered to.
What to Expect:
As Clinical Lead, you will review, manage and monitor care plans and medication records. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed, and appropriate professional support is provided to senior staff and team leaders.
