About Us:

Marina View Care Home is looking to recruit a Clinical Lead on a permanent basis with contracts for up to 44 hours.

Our contemporary and cutting-edge care home is based in Preston. We are proud to offer the following: Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, Palliative Care and End of Life Care for up to 69 residents.

Skills, Experience and Qualification

  • You will be an NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or a Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD. Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable.

You will also demonstrate the below attributes:

  • Comfortable working in a busy environment, assigning correct priorities and ensuring that deadlines are met and adhered to.

What to Expect:

As Clinical Lead, you will review, manage and monitor care plans and medication records. You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all induction and mandatory training is completed, and appropriate professional support is provided to senior staff and team leaders.
