This is a first-class facility providing accommodation for men facing complex mental health issues, requiring long-term support and treatment within a controlled environment. Our 14-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital is committed to delivering exceptional care through a 'Recovery Model' approach.

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:

• Have a current NMC registration
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Have 6 months UK based experience
• Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
• Possess excellent communication skills and a good standard of English

Details of the service

• Men aged 18 to 65
• Detained under the Mental Health Act
• Primary diagnosis of mental illness or personality disorder
• May have a secondary diagnosis of substance misuse, acquired brain injury, or Learning Disability
• May have a forensic history

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in line with individual care plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, psychology, nursing, and occupational therapy
• Contribute to the implementation of the 'Recovery Model' approach
• Participate in full risk assessments and ongoing care planning
