- Executive Support – Coordinate and prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations for Board and AGM meetings.
- Travel & Scheduling – Manage travel arrangements for the Group CEO and senior managers and oversee diary priorities when required.
- Board Administration – Produce and distribute Board packs, collate AGM documentation, and provide general administrative support.
- Financial & Compliance Duties – Manage CEO credit card statements and process customer Key Holder Agreements, ensuring accurate logging and approvals.
- Project Support – Provide administration support to the Group HR Director and Group QHSE Manager on specific initiatives.
- Office Management – Oversee stationery supplies, liaise with external service providers, and assist with ad-hoc cover and training when required.
- Health & Safety – Actively promote a safe working environment, report hazards, and follow company safety procedures.
- Proven experience in minuting meetings and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work under pressure.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and positive "can-do" attitude.
- Previous experience supporting senior executives or board-level activities.

- Basic Salary: £19,695.84 (pro rata amount for 22.5 hours per week, FTE £32,800)
