Compliance Manager

Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association inLancashire to recruit for a Compliance Manager on a temporarycontractfor 6 months with the possibility for extension. 

The role will consist of the following duties: 

• Responsible for the operational delivery and strategic management of the organisation's compliance function managing Fire, Legionella, Asbestos, Gas, and Electrics 

• Ensure all necessary compliance information and databases aremaintained 

• Work with internal teams including repairs,investmentand development to deliver efficient outcomes
