Job descriptionHumly are recruiting primary school teachers in Blackpool & surrounding areas to support students in their learning within mainstream primary, infant, and junior schools.

ALL SUBJECT SPECIALISMS NEEDED

Early Years/Reception, KS1, KS2, Primary SEN

  • Must have six months of UK experience working with children.
  • Have proof of any relevant qualifications prepared
  • 2 proofs of address

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students across different primary year groups and subjects.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the regular class teacher or adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of the class.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported in their learning.
  • Manage behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Communicate with school staff and administrators to ensure continuity and consistency in students' education.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in primary schools.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and adapt to varying school environments.
  • Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality education to all students.
