Job Description
Currently we have an excellent permanent job opportunity for a part time Psychologist to work within a residential service covering both eating disorders and acute wards. The service specialises in psychological interventions to meet the needs of complex and often challenging patients with a range of mental health presentations.
Salary: Up to 16,133 (FTE up to 55k)

For this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, delivering, and evaluating psychological treatment plans using a person-centered approach to help patients achieve their positive life goals and optimal functioning.
- Independently facilitate weekly 1:1 sessions with all patients, requiring substantial experience in treating Eating Disorders.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, applying experience and expertise in group dynamics and therapy.
- Engage in direct and indirect clinical work, contributing to multidisciplinary team (MDT) decision-making processes.
- Participate in staff training and supervision to ensure high standards of care and support.
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team, patients, and wider community agencies to ensure coordinated care.
- Evaluate and contribute to the development of key aspects of the service, enhancing its overall effectiveness.
- Demonstrate enhanced organizational skills and the ability to work independently and proactively.
