You will be working for a Facilities Management consultancy that provides property services for multiple councils in the North West
Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be working in a client side role on projects up to the value of 1.2m. You will be responsible for organising contracts and consultants agreements and final accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 3 years Quantity Surveying experience (either contractor or client side) and will be able to provide a cv demonstrating relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
What you'll get in return
265 per day- out of scope of IR35
3 month rolling contract- likely to last till at least the end of summer
Full or part time hours
