Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Manchester / Preston

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
  • Sourcing and headhunting top talent in competitive markets
  • Writing adverts and screening CVs
  • Preparing and supporting candidates through interviews
  • Negotiating offers and closing placements
  • Working to targets and earning commission based on results
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree-educated (2:2 or above preferred, but not essential)
  • Sales or commercial experience is a strong advantage
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
