What You’ll Be Doing- Building and managing relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing and headhunting top talent in competitive markets
- Writing adverts and screening CVs
- Preparing and supporting candidates through interviews
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Working to targets and earning commission based on results
- Degree-educated (2:2 or above preferred, but not essential)
- Sales or commercial experience is a strong advantage
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by career success and financial rewards
- Highly organised and target-driven
- £25,000 basic salary (Manchester / Preston)
- Year 1 OTE: £25,000 – £40,000
- Year 2 OTE: £40,000 – £70,000
- Year 3 OTE: £70,000 – £100,000+
- Uncapped commission structure
