About the RoleAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process. This is a sales-driven, people-focused role where no two days are the same. Your day-to-day will include:
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing, headhunting, and networking to find top talent
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts
- Reviewing CVs and screening candidates
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Negotiating and closing job offers
- Hitting targets and earning commission
- Graduate (2:2 or above preferred) or strong sales background
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Highly driven, resilient, and motivated by financial success
- Organised, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Team player with the ambition to progress quickly
- £25,000 basic salary
- Year 1 OTE: £25,000 – £40,000
- Year 2 OTE: £40,000 – £70,000
- Year 3 OTE: £70,000 – £100,000+
- Uncapped commission
