About the Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process. This is a sales-driven, people-focused role where no two days are the same. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building relationships with clients and candidates
  • Sourcing, headhunting, and networking to find top talent
  • Writing and posting engaging job adverts
  • Reviewing CVs and screening candidates
  • Preparing candidates for interviews
  • Negotiating and closing job offers
  • Hitting targets and earning commission
