The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you bring schools and Educators together, towards a better education experience for pupils. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector (opportunity to join Primary, Secondary or SEN) and will be responsible for building your educator pool and school base across your local given area. As a result of recent growth, all sectors can offer warm and growing desks so you will have peace of mind that you are joining an area with great potential!

Other key objectives as an Education Recruiter will be to:

  • Engage your client base through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality teachers and support staff
  • Proactively build and develop your own educator database and match them to the right roles (permanent or temporary)
  • Maintain that all-important personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations and ongoing engagement with key decision makers
  • Meet and exceed agreed targets and objectives as well as soft key performance indicators
