Accounts Assistant

Join an Award Winning DAF Truck Dealership based in Bamber Bridge, Preston.

Lancashire DAF are looking for an full time Accounts Assistant, ideally with all round experience within a busy Accounts office, to join our friendly team.

Initially undertaking purchase ledger and general accounts tasks, duties will include;

• Registering & processing purchase ledger Invoices
• Setting up and maintaining of supplier accounts
• Investigating and recording any purchase ledger queries
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Dealing with suppliers and internal queries
• Other ad hoc finance duties, assisting the team where necessary
• Opportunities to be involved in other disciplines within the accounts office

• Competent in Microsoft Office 

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and teamwork skills
