P4 Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to work flexible shifts across a variety of services in Lancashire, including Preston, Chorley, Blackpool, and Morecambe.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults living with mental health conditions, learning difficulties, and/or a history of substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support

  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, emotional wellbeing, and goal setting

  • Support service users to develop life skills and promote independence

  • Manage challenging behaviours calmly and professionally

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding policies are followed

Requirements:
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, particularly mental health, learning difficulties and/or substance misuse

  • A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to care

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (including days, nights, weekends)

  • Enhanced DBS

  • Right to work in the UK
