P4 Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to work flexible shifts across a variety of services in Lancashire, including Preston, Chorley, Blackpool, and Morecambe.
This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults living with mental health conditions, learning difficulties, and/or a history of substance misuse.
Key Responsibilities:-
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support

Assist individuals with daily living tasks, emotional wellbeing, and goal setting

Support service users to develop life skills and promote independence

Manage challenging behaviours calmly and professionally

Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding policies are followed

Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, particularly mental health, learning difficulties and/or substance misuse

A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (including days, nights, weekends)
