If so, Randstad is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join Lancashire County Council's Children with Disabilities Team in a full-time capacity, offering an exceptional pay rate ranging from £37 to £41 per hour, dependent on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with children and young people with severe and profound disabilities and their families
- Conducting assessments and providing support through Children in Need Plans, Child Protection Plans, and when children need to enter care
- Supporting care leavers and assisting young people and families in transitioning to adult services
- Collaborating closely with other services and professionals to support families
- Embracing a strengths-based, partnership approach to providing support and relationship-based social work
- Managing a caseload effectively
Requirements for this role:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent qualification
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Registration with Social Work England
Experience working with children is essential for this position.
