My client is in the engineering sector and are heading for 100 years of trading, they have a friendly office culture and they consistently progress their staff through the team structures. People grow and stay with the business and enjoy a good career. We are now looking for an additional technical products specialist who will build product knowledge, learn the process of the support team and provide customer service to customers who are distributors as well as the field sales team.
Day to day tasks:
- Learn and relay product knowledge for allocated product areas
- Handle customer queries
- Raise claims and queries
- Updating product data and ensuring
- Produce quotes
- Provide technical support to the Sales team
Ideally the appointed candidate will have a technical background with experience either in a similar role, have previously worked on the tools or be a new graduate with a degree.
