Join our client as a Technical Training Partner who will play a pivotal role in delivering effective training sessions as part of a major transformation initiative. Role Overview

As the Technical Training Partner, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging training programmes that empower employees and external contractors. Your expertise will ensure that all training aligns with the organisation's standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging training sessions tailored to the needs of the programme.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain effective training resources.
  • Assist in organising training logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Measuring training outcomes and implement feedback for continuous enhancement.
  • Utilities diverse training methods including eLearning and practical activities to cater for different learning styles.
  • Collaboratively work with subject matter experts to ensure the content in relevant and impactful.
  • Keep track of daily and weekly milestones to ensure timely completion of training initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering training programmes including digital and technical preferably within the construction or utilities industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse audience.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to suit various learning needs.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple training sessions effectively.
  • Knowledge of digital solutions such as Maximo or GIS is a plus!
