Our client is a successful, family-owned and managed care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex.
As the Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the entire service at the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  • Working closely with your management team, providing strong leadership and inspiration.
  • Ensuring clinical compliance and high-quality hospitality services.
  • Managing the business performance of the home.
  • Being responsible for quality monitoring and on-call duties due to the seniority of the role.
Package and Benefits:
As the Home Manager, you will receive:

The ideal candidate for the Home Manager role will:
  • Be a NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RMN.
  • Have a background working as a CQC Registered Manager specialising in Nursing care / dementia.
  • Be a strong leader, able to motivate, lead and support both clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge and expertise of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a nursing home.
  • Be financially aware and able to manage and adhere to a budget.
