Amazing New Role!!!
My client is looking for an experienced and ambitious 2nd Line Support Engineer to join my clients IT team. As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
*MUST HAVE MSP EXPERIENCE*
Skills required-
- Windows Desktop (7,8.1,10,11)
- Experience of software and hardware troubleshooting
- Good understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
- Knowledge of Cloud storage solutions, OneDrive, SharePoint, DropBox, etc...
- Advanced Windows 10 Desktop Administration
- Application and OS deployment
- Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, Hyper V)
- Install, configure and troubleshoot issues
You need to have experience working in an MSP environment and be confident supporting and commissioning/onboarding Office 365 products. There can be an opportunity to visit client sites, but this will be primarily based on site in the office .
