Biodiversity Net Gain Consultant

West Sussex £25,000-£35,000

I am pleased to announce that we are looking for a Biodiveristy Net Gain Consultant to join a brilliant team in West Sussex! The role involves supporting both Ecology and Landscape teams within a specialist multi-disciplinary consultancy who work on a range of projects across the South-East. This is the perfect role for someone looking to expand their skills and knowledge in the environmental sector within a specialist position.

Responsibilities include;

  • Undertaking fieldwork including site surveys and monitoring.
  • BNG assessments including use of biodiversity metrics and design.
  • GIS mapping and report writing.

Requirements include;

  • Degree level qualification in Ecology or related field.
  • Experience in using the 4.0 Metric and condition assessments is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of UK environmental legislation.
