We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our client's team based in Purfleet. As a key member of the Guest Services and Guest Relations departments, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Your calm and patient demeanour, combined with a positive and enthusiastic approach, will be instrumental in handling a large volume of telephone and email enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve all complaints in a timely and fair manner, following our client's standard procedures and industry guidelines.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency in addressing guest queries and adapt as necessary to prioritise effectively.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, the onboard team, and external partners.
  • Maintain our client's culture when interacting with guests, ensuring prompt handling of enquiries.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, with excellent communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential issues.
  • Proficiency in communication-based software packages.

Our client offers a rewarding working environment where your skills and dedication will be valued. You will join a vibrant team dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our guests. This role involves a 5 day working week, with two office-based days and three remote working days.

Hours will be 0900hrs - 1730hrs (Mon-Fri), you will be required to work 1 in 6 Saturdays 0900hrs - 1700hrs and a day off in leui will be given during the week.

Starting salary will be £22308, benefits include 20 days holiday + bank holidays increasing with service, on site parking, pension scheme and discounts.
