An expanding local organisation are seeking a Payroll Manager to lead their growing Payroll team.
The position is office based but offers flexible working hours and excellent benefits.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate calculation and payment of salaries for all staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll process to outsourced payroll vendor.
- Work alongside other heads of departments to ensure all processes efficient
- Ensure that all staff are trained and to help with any further development.
- Respond to enquiries from staff and other stakeholders regarding payroll matters.
- Prepare and manage payroll reports, ensuring that all information is correct.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, including PAYE, pensions etc.
- Identify areas of improvement in the payroll and pensions process and suggest solutions.
- 3 years+ of UK Payroll Processing.
- Multiple payroll processing experience.
- Team management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
