Job Title: Inspector & Data Entry Clerk
Location: Rainham
Hours: Monday to Friday - Shift pattern (rotating shifts)
- 06:00-14:00
- 14:00-22:00
- 22:00-06:00
Salary: £12.50 per hour
As an Inspector & Data Entry Clerk, You'll be responsible for checking goods in the warehouse and entering data into our computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of warehouse goods and materials to ensure quality and compliance with established standards.
- Assist in various warehouse tasks as needed, including but not limited to, receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing goods for distribution.
- Accurately input inspection results and other relevant data into computer systems and Excel spreadsheets. Maintain precise records of inspections, discrepancies, and inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is essential.
- Proficiency in PC operations and data entry is required.
- Familiarity with relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, inventory management systems) is preferred.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
