Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Ramsgate, Kent (must drive and have your own transport)
Salary: up to 28,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

Role Summary:
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of both warehouse operations and the production process. You will support order fulfilment, stock control and assist with product assembly and packaging, ensuring customers receive their orders on time.
You will be on your feet most of the day and will play an essential role in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities within your new role would be to:
- Pick and pack customer orders with care, speed and accuracy using pick sheets.
- Prepare materials and stock ready for order fulfilment.
- Carry out basic production tasks such using the guillotine to cut materials.
- Assemble monitors and attached to products.
- Monitor stock levels and flag when items need replenishing.
- Follow our packing procedures and quality checks.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily shipping targets.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Receiving, unloading and checking deliveries against delivery notes.
- Ensure all packaging meet company standards.
Experience and skills required for this position:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
- High energy, good stamina and a hands-on attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused.
- Able to follow instructions and stay organised in a busy environment.
- Keen to learn and grow.
- A friendly, can-do approach that helps keep the team spirit strong.
- Physically fit to be able to work on your feet for a majority of your day.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
