Growth Marketing Executive

Location - Ramsgate, Kent

Salary - £30,000 per annum, DOE

Hours - Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Benefits - Option to work Hybrid after 3 months, 20 days holiday per year + bank holidays, opportunity for career advancement, share options after 12 months, trade bank holidays for extra annual leave, birthday and Christmas off.

Our client a rapidly expanding manufacturing start-up is looking to recruit a Growth Marketing Executive to become an integral part of their team supporting them in improving people's lives.

What your day-to-day as a Growth Marketing Executive will look like

  • With your main KPI being customer attraction and onboarding, your focus will be a narrow field, high-impact approach.
  • Effectively manage digital marketing efforts to attract new customers while adhering to dynamic KPI limits.
  • Conduct bottom-up forecasts and establish valid marketing targets.
  • Implement and oversee bottom-up calculated marketing initiatives across all marketing channels.
  • Embrace a segmented test-and-learn approach focused on a comprehensive omnichannel user journey.
  • Utilise the internal data warehouse to identify new customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Deeply understand and focus on the combined effects of CR%, Traffic, AOV, and CPA KPIs.
  • Develop short and long-term strategies to achieve forecasts while closely monitoring our progress.
  • Manage your time efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed with the right quality and timeliness.
  • Receive training in all aspects of SEO and ensure timely and optimised article deployment.
  • Get trained in using Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta / Google Ads, and more for your role to grow your abilities overall.
  • Learn to incorporate loyalty rewards, reviews, education, and more into user journeys to enhance performance.
  • Receive training in basic CFO principles and learn to integrate the P&L into all marketing activities.
  • Work efficiently and collaboratively with the retention marketing team, supporting them with data insights, tactic validation, and new opportunities.
  • Maintain a balance between short-term and long-term initiatives, ensuring profitability for both.
  • Strive to ensure maximum validity in all operations.
  • You will not be required to handle graphic design or creative initiatives; these will be provided to you.

Person specification for the role of Growth Marketing Executive

  • You enjoy helping people and have a genuine desire to do good in the world with your work.
  • You will need to be comfortable with analysing data and being wrong on occasion.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and data analytics is essential.
  • Must have the built-in mindset of ambition and drive.
  • It is essential that you are analytically minded and competent with Microsoft Excel.
  • Explicit understanding of "confirmation bias" and "validity" of marketing/data analytics.
  • Due to the location of the role, you must drive and have access to your transport.
