Customer Service Assistant
Location - Ramsgate, Kent
Salary - £11.50 Per Hour
Hours - Full-Time - 30 hours per week
Temp to Perm after 6 months
Do you have previous experience in a customer-facing service role?
We have a great opportunity in Ramsgate for a Customer Service Assistant to work for one of our clients on a temp-perm basis to start as soon as possible.
You will be working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch break for an hourly rate of £11.50.
Due to our client's location, you must be able to drive and have access to your transport.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with high-profile retailers and interior designers
- Process orders via the bespoke computer order entry system
- Deal with client enquiries face to-face and via phone/emails
- Deliver a top level of customer service for all 3rd party stakeholders
- General office duties
- A full and detailed in-house training programme will be arranged for the successful applicant.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong administrative skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous
- Computer-literate
- Superb interpersonal skills
- Target-driven
- Ability to work under pressure in a lively environment, quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
