Responsibilities and duties
As Site Development Manager you will be responsible for:
Leading the development and implementation of a 'site vision', defining transformation when combining exciting assets with new opportunities.
Shade an agenda for specific locations and coordinate all site relevant initial development activities by considering innovative business and operating models.
Drive infrastructure projects, enhancing the site and allowing growth projects to thrive by using synergies and benefits of integrate site ingredients.
Prepare high quality decision proposals and present them to relevant management functions.
Lead or actively participate in project committees and take ownership for governance of site development settings.
Liaising with the site integration managers from energy assets as well as demolition and rehabilitation managers.
Manage the stakeholder relations in alignment with the clients communication department.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
Degree in a relevant subject (engineering, business administration etc)
Minimum of 5 years of in-depth experience in developing and managing large projects, preferably within the power industry.
Certified Project Management skills
Experience leading international teams and complex multi-company business development activities
Strong understanding of the technical and commercial requirements of development activities
Personal skills
The Site Development Manager role would suit someone who is:
Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking
Strong personal credibility to successful board presentations, excellent team-working skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.

Hourly rate of c. 40p/hour
