Position: Machine Operator
Location: Rayleigh
Shifts: Mon – Fri 06.00 – 14.00 / 14.00 – 22.00 rotating weekly
Pay: £11.44 ph
Type: Temp to perm for the right candidate after 12 weeks.
Duties:
- Follow all documented Company Quality System/Standard Operating Procedures during tasks.
- Safely set up, operate, and maintain assigned machinery.
- Perform all operations with precision and in a timely manner.
- Conduct maintenance checks and ensure machine efficiency aligns with planned workflow.
- Strive to enhance product quality.
- Always adhere to written and verbal working instructions.
- Work efficiently, punctually, and professionally.
- Assist other colleagues when needed.
- Promptly notify supervisors of any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment as per Company Health and Safety Policy.
Skills required:
- Experience in machine operation or similar roles.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Motivated and proactive.
- Proficient in problem-solving and finding solutions.
- Fast learner with the ability to gain extensive knowledge of the industry, products, and operational processes.
- Ensuring efficient production of goods and services at the required quality level.
- Effectively communicate in English.
