Out client, a 5 star warm and friendly Aesthetic Clinic based in Rural Berkshire is recruiting for an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner / Training Coordinator to join their team.
This is a Full Time Permanent role and will suit someone who is a natural at engaging with clients day-to-day.

ROLE:
- Skilled and confident at engaging and retaining clients.
- Exceptional at recognizing and meeting the clients short and long term skin health needs / goals.
- Maintain a high level of ongoing Client relationships and high standards of customer care.
- Deliver treatments confidently and to the highest standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with sound knowledge of a wide range of skin conditions and their treatment.
- Manage and coordinate ongoing team development / training.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified to NVQ level 3, 4 or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in aesthetic / medical / dermatology.
- IT savvy.
HOURS:
- 4 Day / 5 Day week rolling rota

- £30,000 - £34,000
