Job Summary
Our client, a busy franchised dealership in聽Reading聽has the requirement for a Workshop Controller to join their established workshop team on a contract basis.
Workshop Controller Responsibilities
As a Workshop Controller your responsibilities will include:
路Manage Workshop resources in an efficient manner
路Allocation of work to Technicians
路Ensure work is completed to required deadlines
路Quality Check work carried out by Technicians
路Monitor Staff & Workshop Performance
路Ensure HSE polices are adhered to
路Ensure Workshop is clean, tidy and fully operational
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
路12 months Workshop Controller Experience
路Or an experienced Franchised Dealership Technician with a stable work history looking to move in to a Workshop Controller position
路Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
路Franchise Dealer experience
Package Details
路Hourly Salary of 拢22ph - 拢25ph
路Monday - Friday only
