Job Duties:

As a Chef de Partie you will be an integral part of our culinary team, assisting in the preparation of exquisite dishes and supporting the smooth operation of our Michelin-starred/Multiple Rosette kitchens. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation and cooking of ingredients under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring that all dishes are executed to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Learning and mastering culinary techniques and skills, continuously striving for improvement and excellence in your craft.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop and refine menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and creative flair.
  • Supporting senior chefs during service, ensuring efficient communication and teamwork to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
