As a Gas Boiler Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in assessing the condition, performance, and safety of gas boilers for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive surveys and inspections of gas boiler systems in accordance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Evaluate the condition, performance, and efficiency of gas boilers, identifying any faults, defects, or safety concerns.
- Provide expert recommendations and advice on repairs, replacements, or upgrades to improve boiler performance and efficiency.
- Prepare detailed survey reports outlining findings, recommendations, and solutions for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, technicians, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Gas Safe registered with relevant qualifications and certifications.
- Proven experience as a Gas Boiler Engineer or Surveyor, with a strong understanding of gas boiler systems, components, and operations.
- Thorough knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients and colleagues.
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
