Key Responsibilities:

Market Research

Be proactive in assisting with market research. We understand that this is a skill that will develop over time, and our client is here to support you every step of the way.

Marketing Campaigns

Collaborate on the review and development of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns. You'll be guided on how these campaigns benefit the company and how to handle staff inquiries regarding marketing initiatives.

Administrative Support

Provide essential administrative support to the marketing team. This includes logging Source of Business, chasing draft responses for social posts, and assisting with the monthly newsletter. Your organisational skills will be crucial here.

Vendor Relationships

Assist in managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, especially during the rebranding phase. You'll help source quotes and establish long-term relationships, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

External Agencies

Maintain strong relationships with external agencies. Our client works with several key partners, and you'll be introduced to them gradually.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • An ambitious Marketing Assistant or Coordinator with a degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Exceptional English language skills and ideally 2 to 3 years of marketing experience
  • Experience in digital marketing is crucial and prior experience with Google Ads is a plus.
  • Basic project management skills are essential. You'll need to plan, organise, and execute marketing campaigns within budget and timeline constraints while coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and PPC advertising. We value curiosity and a willingness to learn, particularly within the fields of tech / AI.
  • You'll have strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaign performance and engage in data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency with marketing software and digital platforms is beneficial but not essential, although you will be tech-savvy and curious.
  • Full driving license and a car due to location of offices
