Our client is a specialised organisation in the commercial industry, which has successfully grown over the past 20 years. Due to their reputation in the market and success, they are looking to expand in the Sales area of the Business.

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a driven Sales Executive to play a pivotal role in the creation and growth of a new Sales department within a very successful organisation. This is a chance to leverage your sales expertise to significantly contribute to the company’s expansion.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Engage in cold calling businesses and other potential leads via telephone to initiate contact, promote products for sale, and negotiate to achieve target prices.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential customers, including relevant details for future engagements.
  • Collaborate with the transport manager to organise the collection of deals made.
  • Utilise spreadsheets to monitor progress and ensure target prices are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively reach and exceed sales goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build new and maintain existing relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a database of potential customers.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and other sales-related software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
