UK Sales Manager Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for achieving UK/IRE sales target of £60-70m
  • Managing the day to day activities of the sales team to attain all business plan sales and targets
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets within budget and resources allocated
  • Develop sales strategy, tactics and targets for the sales team
  • Nurture key client relationships
  • Identify and report on business opportunities and threats in the target market
  • Hold weekly sales meetings
  • Attending key sales meetings and c-suite level pitches
  • Training and developing the team  
UK Sales Manager Requirements: 
  • Strong understanding of regulations
  • Good understanding of market and competitors
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Able to meet project objectives
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills 
Desirable Experience:
  • Construction/Facade experience required
  • Proven sales track record of 5 years plus
  • 7-10 years progressive responsibility with results in similar roles
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Full drivers license
