About the Role: As our Health and Safety Manager, you'll be at the forefront of championing safety standards across our organisation. You'll play a pivotal role in refining and implementing robust health and safety management systems, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. Responsibilities:
- Lead the refinement and dissemination of health and safety management systems to uphold our commitments to safety excellence.
- Develop and implement internal audit processes to ensure consistent compliance across all business units.
- Conduct thorough supplier audits to bolster external compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance partnerships.
Requirements:
- Hold a NEBOSH Health and Safety Diploma.
- Membership of IOSH or IIRSM with up-to-date CPD is essential.
- Possess IRCA accredited OH&S lead and internal auditor training.
- Demonstrate a passion for promoting excellence in health and safety standards, coupled with strong communication and influencing skills.
