- Design, develop, and maintain effective sales training programs.
- Collaborate with customers to identify training needs within the BMW Network.
- Respond to evolving customer needs with timely and effective sales training solutions.
- Partner with sales teams and assessors to deliver high-quality sales training.
- Ensure certification for sales courses, working with the Customer Relations Team to distribute certificates to delegates.
- Plan and schedule annual sales training courses/events in line with BMW requirements, in coordination with your line manager and the Central Resources team.
- Develop and review sales training materials in collaboration with your line manager.
- Provide holiday cover for other trainers in coordination with your line manager.
- Maintain Continuous Professional Development (CPD) levels across sales training disciplines.
- Adhere to Health & Safety requirements in the design and delivery of all sales training programs to maintain the H&S Gold standard.
- Conduct trainer observations and offer developmental feedback.
- Perform all necessary sales training administration tasks.
- Knowledge of the motor industry and practical sales experience is required (BMW experience is a plus).
- Teaching/Training qualification is advantageous.
- Background in sales training and development.
- Experience in an automotive retail environment, specifically related to SMA.
- Proven experience in project delivery from conception to implementation.
- Prior experience in sales training design.
- Familiarity with relevant automotive retailer systems and processes.
- Relevant SME qualification or apprenticeship.
- GCSE or equivalent, Grade C or above in English Language and Mathematics.
- Sales training delivery/design qualification is desirable.
