We are recruiting a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the team!What will you be doing?* Taking inbound calls from customers in relation to meter readings* Entering data into a spreadsheet* Analysing data to resolve issues* Liaising with 3rd parties to gain informationWhat do you need to apply?* Experience in a phone based role* Confident working from excel* Excellent communication skills* Ability to resolve complex queriesWhat do you get in return?* Hybrid, 3 days from home* No weekends!* Weekly pay* Competitive salary
