This role involves working with children who present with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges, supporting them both academically and emotionally throughout the school day.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Your Role Will Include
- Supporting pupils in lessons to remain focused, calm, and engaged
- Helping manage challenging behaviour using positive and restorative approaches
- Providing 1:1 and small group behaviour support
- Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals
- Creating a safe and structured environment that promotes emotional regulation
