This full-time position is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Criminology, Education, or individuals with experience or interest in behaviour support, SEMH, and positive behaviour strategies.
As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils, supporting them to manage behaviour, regulate emotions, and engage positively with learning. The role involves a mix of 1:1 support and small group interventions, helping students overcome barriers to education and build confidence in a structured, nurturing environment.

* Salary: 89-100 per day
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will help implement behaviour support plans, de-escalation strategies, and personalised interventions. You will work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and mental health professionals to provide consistent and meaningful support.
This role is an excellent foundation for careers in Educational Psychology, Behaviour Support, Teaching, Youth Work, or Mental Health Services.
