We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide organisational and administrative support to the Head of the School as well as working on various elements of wider school administration. The Executive Assistant works closely with the PA to the Junior School Head and PA to the Head of Finance and Resources to support the activity of the Leadership teams and Governing Council.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Head's busy and complex diary, ensuring that meetings are arranged with consideration of for various priorities.
  • Acting as first point of contact for students, staff parents and visitors; dealing with all enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Overseeing incoming emails, post and phone calls.
  • Organising travel arrangements.
  • Minute taking and distributing.

The successful Executive Assistant will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Previous EA experience, preferably within the education sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Computer literate.
